Founder's Office

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile professional to join the Founder's Office at Pixeldust Technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys solving complex business problems across functions. You will work directly with the founders and leadership team on key strategic, operational, and growth initiatives that shape the company’s trajectory.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Initiatives

Work closely with founders to define and execute company-wide strategic projects.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decisions.

Translate high-level business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas.

⚙️ Business Operations

Drive operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and streamlining internal processes.

Oversee cross-functional project execution — ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.

Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure execution of key business priorities.

Performance & Analytics

Track key performance metrics (KPIs) across business verticals and prepare dashboards for leadership reviews.

Support data-driven decision-making by designing business reports and insights frameworks.

Build financial and operational models for forecasting and strategic planning.

Stakeholder & Communication

Act as a bridge between founders and internal / external stakeholders.

Coordinate investor updates, pitch decks, and strategic communication materials.

Support leadership in board meetings, fundraising, and key business presentations.

Execution & Special Projects

Take ownership of high-impact projects from ideation to implementation.

Manage time-sensitive priorities directly under the founder’s guidance.

Play a key role in scaling business initiatives, product launches, and operational setups.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

2–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, product management, or a startup environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Slides, and data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong understanding of technology, digital products, and agile workflows.

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver outcomes in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience in a startup or tech-driven environment.

Exposure to fundraising, business analytics, or growth strategy.
