Delivery Partner

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Partner to lead end-to-end delivery for strategic enterprise customers. This role is responsible for governing delivery outcomes, ensuring customer success, driving operational excellence, and owning delivery health across global rollouts. The ideal candidate brings strong experience from consulting / SI organizations managing large multi-tower programs, global teams, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Leadership

• Own delivery governance, operating cadence, KPIs, SLAs, and overall delivery health.
• Lead multi-country implementations and large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time, and budget-aligned delivery across all engagements.
• Establish delivery excellence frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
