Plan and execute campus engagement activities such as masterclasses and pre-placement talks in collaboration with business campus teamsIdeate and execute innovative engagement initiatives for campus cohorts, both online and offline.Collaborate with the design team to create impactful and engaging social media campaigns and activations.Administrative and Reporting Tasks
Maintain accurate records of campus engagements, assessments, and event outcomes.Manage vendor contracts, payments, and compliance processes.Preferred candidate profile
MBA with a minimum 1-year experience in Human Resources.High energy and a strong willingness to learn and grow.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships with diverse senior stakeholders.Strong communication skills to engage effectively across teams and functions.Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and logistics seamlessly.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data management, reporting, and presentations.Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot effectively in dynamic situations.Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.Skills Required
