At Lovegen, we’ve just rounded off a major rebrand with new brand elements, a revamped website, fresh merchandise, and more. This is a defining moment in our trajectory, and we’re looking for a Brand Manager to bring our vision to life. It’s a super high-ownership role for someone dead serious about building from the ground up. With bold, Western-inspired ideas lined up both online and offline, we want someone on the same wavelength — crazy, proactive, and outside-the-box — to join the core team and build a cult-like community for Lovegen.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale Lovegen’s social-first brand presence through bold campaigns, storytelling, and community-driven content
- Launch and manage brand campaigns, partnerships, and offline activations to strengthen the positioning
- Balance experimentation with keeping Lovegen’s aesthetic sharp and consistent
- Continuously evaluate brand campaigns and design next moves based on data and culture - super important as we grow as a brand
- Drive innovative, Western-inspired creative ideas
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in brand building, social media, visuals or creative direction (fashion or youth culture brands preferred)Strong visual and aesthetic sense, with proven ability to create culturally relevant contentDeep understanding of social-first marketing and community buildingProactive, experimental mindset — thrives on thinking outside the boxStrong execution skills with the ability to manage projects end-to-end
