BSH Home Appliances is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager with 15+ years of experience in the consumer industry. This role involves managing and developing relationships with key national accounts to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients in the consumer sector; develop comprehensive account plans.
- Sales Leadership : Lead sales efforts, negotiating contracts and aligning BSH's offerings with client needs.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for product and marketing strategies.
- Performance Monitoring : Establish KPIs, analyze account performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Mentorship : Coach junior account managers, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.15+ years of experience in key account management in the consumer industry.Proven track record of delivering sales results and strong negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Skills Required
