- Identify, acquire, and onboard corporate partners for CSR funding and payroll giving
- Develop customized CSR proposals aligned with corporate sustainability goals
- Engage CSR heads, HR teams, and corporate foundations for long-term partnerships
- Ensure CSR compliance (Section 135, Companies Act, 2013) in all programs
- Track CSR trends, ESG priorities, and corporate partnership opportunities
Payroll Giving & Corporate Acquisition
Identify and acquire new partners to integrate payroll giving into employee benefitsPresent business cases to HR and CSR leaders to promote Ketto's payroll programLead outreach to large enterprises, MNCs, and startups for program adoptionBuild a pipeline of prospects and track engagement, conversion, and negotiationsCreate customized giving models like employer matching and incentive tiersCoordinate with finance and tech teams for smooth payroll deductionsBuild multi-year ESG-aligned corporate giving partnershipsFundraising, Strategy & Innovation
