Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, polished Retail Sales Associate to be the face of MIJA at our compact, high-traffic airport kiosk. You will deliver boutique-level hospitality in a kiosk format - greeting travelers, understanding their style and intent (self-purchase or gifting), curating sets, and converting quickly without compromising warmth. You will own the full cycle from product demonstration and styling advice to POS, invoicing, and after-sales follow-ups, while keeping the kiosk immaculate and compliant with airport protocols. This role suits someone with 3+ years in luxury / mass-luxury retail, persuasive communication across customer profiles, and the ability to thrive under high footfall.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a personalized, consultative sales experience : welcome, discover needs, demonstrate products, and recommend curated pairings / gifts.
Drive walk-in conversion, cross-sell, and upselling; consistently meet daily / weekly sales KPIs.
Maintain visual merchandising and display standards suited to a 120-150 sq. ft kiosk.
Handle POS, billing, invoicing, and airport retail procedures with accuracy and speed.
Build a client book / CRM for repeat business; conduct courteous post-purchase follow-ups.
Adhere to airport security and operational protocols; complete opening / closing and cash-up.
Support stock receipt, counts, and reconciliation; flag fast / slow movers to the store lead.
Must-Have Experience & Skills
3+ years in luxury or mass-luxury retail with a demonstrable track record of meeting / exceeding targets.
Polished communication; able to engage all customer profiles confidently.
Fluent in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Presentable, punctual, and comfortable in high-footfall, demanding environments.
Proficient with POS and basic billing / invoicing; integrity in cash / card handling.
Flexibility for rotational shifts, weekends, and holiday travel periods.
Preferred
Jewellery experience (lab-grown or natural diamonds) or premium lifestyle / beauty brands.
Experience building a repeat client base / CRM and working with simple clienteling tools.
Qualifications
HSC / Graduate from a recognized board / university.
