Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate with a passion for luxury jewellery and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in diamond jewellery retail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement : Greet customers warmly, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain deep knowledge of diamonds, gold, and jewellery trends to educate and guide customers in their purchase journey.
• Sales & Upselling : Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
• Store Operations : Assist in inventory management, display setup, and maintaining store aesthetics as per brand guidelines.
• Billing & Documentation : Handle invoicing, certifications, and other necessary documentation with precision.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of retention and repeat business.
