Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate located in New Delhi. The Jewelry Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, handling sales transactions, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include offering product knowledge, assisting with jewelry design, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and organized.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Polishing and Training related to jewelry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is a plus
