Location : Bangalore (Work from Office)

Role Overview :

Were looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in AEM and JAMstack. This role combines strategic thinking with deep technical skills to architect intelligent, scalable digital experiences and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture Ownership : Lead end-to-end architecture for JAMstack and full-stack solutions using Next.js, Gatsby, and headless CMS platforms like AEM, Sanity.

Cloud & DevOps : Own CI / CD pipelines, IaC, observability, and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Technical Leadership : Define best practices, drive system design, and conduct code / architecture reviews.

Core Competencie :

Full Stack & JAMstack Development

7+ years in Web development

Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Next.js, Gatsby

Strong in AEM, JAMstack, SSR / SSG, headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, Contentful)

Proficient in Tailwind CSS and component libraries

Cloud-Native DevOps

Proven deployment experience on AWS / GCP / Azure

Skilled in serverless, microservices, Docker, Terraform

Familiar with monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Leadership :

Strong system design and architectural decision-making

Able to communicate effectively with both tech and business stakeholders

Nice to Have :

Experience with headless eCommerce (Shopify API, Hydrogen)

Performance tuning (Lighthouse, WebPageTest, Core Web Vitals)

Mobile integration (Flutter, React Native, PWA)

Public speaking or open-source contributions
