Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and QA engineers to design, build, and deliver product features.
• Own the technical architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and security of the applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, CI / CD, automated testing, and documentation.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure high-quality delivery within deadlines.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.
• Facilitate career growth of team members through regular 1 : 1s, feedback, and skill development.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
