Full Stack Lead

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js or Angular, who can lead and mentor a team of developers, while driving the design and development of scalable web applications. This role involves both hands-on development and leadership responsibilities, ensuring high code quality and seamless delivery of Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for software development.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high standards of quality and performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to technical discussions.
• Participate in architecture design and technical Stack :
• Backend : Java (preferably Spring Boot)
• Frontend : React.js or Angular
• Database : SQL / NoSQL
• DevOps / Cloud : Exposure to CI / CD tools and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a Skills & Qualifications :
• 8+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and either React.js or Angular.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Sound knowledge of software architecture, system design, and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful API design, microservices, and database optimization.
• Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
