We are hiring for a Commercial Business and are seeking professionals for an L1 Support role with expertise in Active Directory and other server-related technologies. Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L1 Technical Support for commercial business clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory and other server components.
- Apply knowledge of various tools and technologies, including DNS, DHCP, Telnet, SharePoint, FSMO, Group Policy, Intune, EXOP, ODSP, and O365 .
- Ensure excellent service delivery in a professional, B2B environment.
