Responsibilities :
- Platform Administration - manage users, security (MFA, SSO, permission sets), data model, page layouts, Record Types, Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms.
- Process Automation - build & optimise Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled), approval processes, dynamic routing rules for leads & cases.
- Development - write / maintain Apex classes & triggers (with test coverage 80 %), tweak LWCs, create formula fields / validation rules, manage Unlocked Packages.
- Release & DevOps - prepare metadata in SFDX format, run changes through GitHub Actions Scratch Orgs Sandboxes Production, resolve merge conflicts.
- Stakeholder Enablement - run demos, write 'how-to' articles, gather feedback, triage tickets with a 2-hour SLA
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or in lieu of degree 6 years of IT experience3-6 years administering Salesforce in medium / large orgs.Deep hands-on with Sales Cloud (Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity products, Forecast Manager) and Service Cloud (Case lifecycle, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Entitlements).Proven Flow Builder mastery can replace legacy Workflow / Process Builder automations.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture flows, Service Cloud, CRM, Data Cloud.Strong understanding of Salesforce setup, configuration, and administration.Proficiency in Salesforce development and publishing mechanisms.Goodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
