Key Responsibilities :
- Handle group ticketing for domestic & international sectors through GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
- Coordinate with airlines for group fares, seat blocking, negotiations, and fare confirmations.
- Process PNRs, cancellations, rescheduling, reissues, and refunds for group bookings.
- Ensure timely issuance of group tickets and manage fare rules as per airline policies.
- Work closely with B2B agents and corporate clients for group travel requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with airline representatives for the best group deals.
- Monitor payment collections, fare deadlines, and ticketing timelines for groups.
- Support sales teams with fare quotes, itinerary planning, and costing for group movements.
- Resolve ticketing queries and disputes, and ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo GDS.Hands-on experience in group ticketing (international & domestic).Excellent negotiation & communication skills.Good understanding of airline group policies & fare rules.Ability to work under pressure and meet ticketing deadlines.Problem-solving and a customer service-oriented mindset.Qualifications :
