About the Role :

We are looking for a competitive, enthusiastic, and dedicated Delegate Acquisition Executive who can exceed expectations and drive rapid, sustainable growth. You will play a key role in building relationships, networking, and acquiring delegates for UBS Forums’ webinars, events, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities :

Acquire delegates for webinars, events, and conferences.

Connect with delegates over calls to explain conference specifications.

Send official invitations and follow up for participation.

Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and improve results.

Build long-term relationships with delegates and nurture networks.

Requirements :

Any Under-Graduate, Graduate, or Post-Graduate.

Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

Confident, positive, and determined approach with strong persuasion skills.

Experience : 0–5 years. Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
