Role Description

T alentive Global is looking for an Hyderabad based energetic and motivated female professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. We are specifically seeking someone with experience running outreach campaigns for Digital Transformation initiatives who can self-start and deliver world-class results in lead generation.

Work on B2B lead generation and support the Enterprise Sales team.

Run email / outreach campaigns and engage with prospects via phone conversations.

Contribute to sales growth by identifying and qualifying new leads.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience : 1-3 years
  • Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the IT and consulting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
