Middleware Support Admin

Key Responsibilities & Expectations :

2 year of exp in IBM App Connect Enterprise OR IBM Integration Bus OR IBM MQ OR any messaging platform

1 year experience with Unix OR Linux systems

Good exp in middleware admin & support

Provide operational support for IBM ACE (Message Broker) OR any MQ in production and pre-production environments.

Perform deployments, configuration updates, service restarts, and TLS certificate renewals.

Monitor systems, respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and restore services.

Execute preventive maintenance (patching, recovery testing, lifecycle upgrades).

Follow ITIL processes – incident, problem, and change management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, security, application).

Automate processes using DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and UrbanCode Deploy
