Key Primary Responsibilities :
- Handling of all BMC Remedy SaaS Releases / Changes as a part of Change Team. Coordinate with customers to gather requirement before starting any change, design develop the plan execution of plan. Troubleshooting fixing all Issues identified during change implementation. Coordinate with SaaS Support Teams including Operations, Database, Networking, Security, and Wintel. Coordinate with Product Teams to get the quick resolution of issues. Participate in Internal Team Review meetings. Position Requirements Exposure of Remedy Change / Migration Activities is preferable. Exposure in ARS Development using ARS Forms ARS objects - Active Links, Filters, Escalation, Active Link Guide, Filter Guides, Menus, Web Services, Applications. Exposure of Remedy Integrations using latest version of Remedy APIs and ARS workflow (AR 7. 6. 04, AR 8. x and AR 9. x) e. g. Integration with SRM, Incident, Change, Work Order and CMDB Module. Working Knowledge of SRM, ITSM, CMDB Remedy Architect. ITIL v3 certification is preferable. Working knowledge of Databases e. g. SQL / Oracle / Postgres. Strong Problem-solving ability. Exposure to the change management process. Exposure to DevOps technologies and Processes highly preferred. Ability to work with significant Deadlines. Hard working, dedicated effective communication skills. Bachelor s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
