Experience Required :

Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, application server management, and cloud infrastructure

Principal Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM and ActiveVos BPM suite
• Install and configure Red Hat JBoss EAP application server for MDM deployments
• Plan and execute MDM upgrade activities , including pre-upgrade and post-upgrade tasks
• Setup and manage batch groups, message queues, and JBoss Application Server configurations
• Collaborate with Database Administrators to troubleshoot database-related issues
• Prepare detailed upgrade steps ensuring existing functionalities remain intact from the MDM IDD perspective
• Coordinate and execute platform maintenance, disaster recovery, and software release management
• Configure Informatica components and support infrastructure teams on installations, upgrades, and hotfix patches
• Perform capacity planning, stability monitoring, and performance tuning for MDM application servers
• Configure MDM High Availability multi-node architecture with failover and recovery capabilities
• Setup user authentication through LDAP integration with Active Directory
• Configure application load balancing (URLs) for optimal availability
• Raise and manage support tickets with Informatica vendor for software and functionality issues
• Assist with MDM code migrations and cutovers during releases and go-live events
• Utilize knowledge of AWS Cloud and infrastructure concepts for MDM platform management
• Administer Informatica IDE / IDQ toolset
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve performance issues ensuring system reliability
• Analyze root causes of technical issues and communicate resolutions effectively
• Apply Informatica best practices for platform optimization and security
• Manage AD authentication models and LDAP integration specifically for Informatica MDM v10.x
• Automate MDM code migration processes and perform silent installations of Informatica MDM
• Design solutions and architectural data flows feeding the MDM platform and supporting downstream systems
• Implement functional requirements such as match-merge logic and survivorship rules within MDM
• Provide technical leadership in evolving and prototyping the MDM framework, especially in enterprise analytics contexts
• Configure and manage users, groups, and roles within the MDM platform
• Configure Business Objects (BO), Landing, and Staging tables
• Work with delta detection processes and provisioning tools such as E360 and external call integration
• Mentor peers and developers, clearly articulating complex technical issues to business analysts and end users
