What you will do
- Managing Daily Operations : Take charge of daily trading operations, including managing post-trade settlements and end-of-day processes for different types of equities and derivatives, making sure everything runs smoothly and accurately.
- Handling Money and Risk : Oversee important financial tasks like transferring funds, managing margin calls, and making payments to various financial institutions, playing a key role in keeping finances stable and reducing risks.
- Keeping Up with Rules : Make sure the company always follows the latest rules and regulations, and submit reports on time to important bodies like NSE, BSE, and SEBI, setting a high standard for compliance within itself.
- Connecting with Partners : Be the main point of contact for all operational matters with exchanges, banks, and other vendors, building strong relationships and quickly solving any issues to improve their external partnerships.
- Improving How We Work : Work closely with internal teams to constantly improve their control systems and make their operations more efficient, directly helping the company be more agile and competitive.
- Supporting Audits and Trust : Help with important audits and regulatory checks, making sure all their operations are completely transparent and contributing to the company's reputation for honesty and accountability.
What we are looking for
5–10 years of experience in post-trade operations, preferably in capital markets or trading environments.Sound understanding of clearing and settlement cycles, exchange reporting, and regulatory frameworks.Hands-on experience with NSE / BSE processes, transaction reporting, or operations in hedge funds or investment firms.Strong problem-solving ability and a structured approach to handling time-sensitive tasks.Why this role matters
