Job Summary :
As a Business Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting organizational efficiency and executing strategic initiatives. Working closely with the VP of Growth & Strategy, you will manage cross-functional projects, streamline processes, and ensure timely delivery of business objectives. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support senior leadership in the execution of growth strategies and operational planning across departments.
- Manage and track multiple high-impact projects simultaneously—ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage business reports, presentations, budgets, and strategic documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance team productivity.
- Analyze data and provide insights to guide decision-making on process optimization and resource allocation.
- Monitor trends in digital, AI, and automation to recommend operational enhancements.
- Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and market opportunities in alignment with the company's growth goals.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and case studies for prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the business development pipeline and CRM records.
- Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to prepare for new business pitches and presentations.
- Support in follow-up communication with leads and partners to ensure timely responses.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research to identify strategic positioning opportunities.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts, vendors, and collaborators.
- Proactively creating an outreach system and action to create new client relations and opportunities.
Requirements :
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.3–4 years of experience in an operational, strategy, or project coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced industry such as media, advertising, or tech.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilities.Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and operational / project tracking tools.Able to collaborate with diverse creative, technical, and business teams.Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.Familiarity with beauty / fashion industry trends is a plus, though not mandatory.Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai
