Responsible for managing the complete Member Onboarding Process to ensure a seamless start to each member's journey.Conducts fitness consultations to assess member needs and goals.Identifies the most effective combination of tools and personnel tailored to individual members.Manages and improves the member retention score through strategic engagement.Strategizes, organizes, and promotes programs across Community Events, Self-Directed Training, Group Classes, and Personal Training .Leads trainer onboarding and coordinates staff training sessions to uphold service quality.Creates meaningful touch-points with members , including proactive follow-ups with irregular attendees .Develops educational materials and curates a monthly member engagement planner to boost participation and satisfaction.Works closely with other club leaders to align the member experience with brand standards and operational goals.Skills Required
