Key Deliverables :
- Maximize the reach of SIM and data sales by expanding the distribution and retail footprint in the assigned territory.
- Drive sales through deep understanding of market demographics and customer segmentation.
- Ensure distributor and retailer profitability, satisfaction, and engagement through strategic relationship management.
- Execute marketing and merchandising initiatives to increase channel value and visibility.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports and support network enhancement activities.
Role Responsibilities :
Manage relationships with retailers and Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to ensure consistent service levels and market coverage.Implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy aligned with prepaid business goals.Analyze market and competitor trends to identify opportunities and improvement areas.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting customer acquisition and satisfaction.Maintain basic operational hygiene including timely reporting, data analysis, and stock / inventory checks.Skills Required
