About client :

One of the leading Beverage Manufacturing company.

Experience :

Minimum 8+Years Experience.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Currently responsible for planning & achieving sales targets for Institutional channel in the assigned territory. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources
  • Ensuring availability and visibility of products to ensure optimum fill rates & minimize out of stock situation
  • Responsible for sales forecasting, targets, and promotions of all categories in the assigned territory
  • Influencing promotions, in store merchandising - space, assortment, and displays.
  • New product introductions, accounts receivables by working closely with the team.
  • Responsible for managing the team, motivating them and getting them to deliver their metrices.
  • The Area Sales Executive will be required to understand the working style, strengths and weaknesses of each team member and provide developmental inputs on a continuous basis.
  • Recruits, tests, and hires Territory Sales Officers based on criteria agreed upon by senior management
  • Conducts one-on-one review with all TSO's / Field force's to build more effective communications, to understand training & development needs
  • Conducts one-on-one review with all TSO's / Field force's to provide insight for the improvement of TSO's / Field force's sales and activity performance
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
