We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external clients. You will be responsible for lead engagement, logistical coordination for events, and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Lead Engagement and Communication :
- Send introductory and follow-up messages to potential leads on LinkedIn.
- Maintain a tracker for lead responses and escalate warm leads to the Sales team.
- Support the Sales team with pre-sales coordination when needed.
- Prepare Statement of Work (SoW) for all newly onboarded clients and coordinate closely with the Finance team.
- Liaise with legal or finance for contract vetting and closure.
- Maintain onboarding documents : PO / WO / Agreement.
Event Coordination
Liaise with the event team to ensure the timely dispatch of materials and giveaways.Coordinate branding requirements, including logo sharing and visibility arrangements.Track and follow up on payments related to event participation and invoicing.Coordinate with sales vendors for data procurement and client gifting, and liaise with the marketing team for collateral updates and requirements.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or event coordination.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM and project management tools.Prior experience in L& D, HR Tech, or event domains is a plus.This job was posted by Janhavi Bendre from Brainayan.
