Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Prashar Road Carriers Pvt. Ltd. located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves implementing HR strategies that support business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, and performance management
• Skills in developing and conducting training and development programs
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.G., PHR, SPHR) are a plus
