Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR strategy aligned with business and sustainability goals.
- Lead recruitment across plant, field, and corporate roles.
- Oversee HR operations, payroll, and compliance with labour and EHS regulations.
- Build capability and performance programs for a diverse, purpose-driven workforce.
- Foster employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Support ESG and CSR-linked people programs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent, with 6-8years of experience (5+ in a leadership / generalist role).Experience in waste management, recycling, manufacturing, or logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, waste water managementStrong knowledge of labour laws, multi-site workforce management, and EHS practices.Key Skills & Competencies
