The Role
We're hiring a Senior Social Media Strategist who can own end-to-end brand growth on social—from insight to idea to execution to scale. No hand-holding. You've shipped bold social campaigns, grown brand handles, run performance ads, and integrated influencer marketing into the mix. You'll lead strategy, orchestrate execution, and be accountable for outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategy : Turn business goals into platform-specific social strategies (Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.) with clear POVs on content formats, frequency, creator mix, and paid support.
- Concept & campaigns : Invent out-of-the-box, thumb-stopping ideas (series, stunts, collabs, UGC challenges) and turn them into executable campaign plans with timelines, storyboards, scripts, and shot-lists.
- Full-funnel execution : Drive calendars, content production, publishing, community management, and real-time optimization.
- Influencer marketing : Build creator shortlists, negotiate / brief creators, align deliverables, and integrate creator outputs into paid and organic plans.
- Paid media : Plan and run ads across Meta / Instagram, YouTube, Google, and LinkedIn; manage budgets, audiences, creatives, A / B tests; optimize for ROAS / CAC / CPV / Reach goals.
- Analytics & growth : Set KPIs, instrument tracking (UTMs, GA4), build dashboards, and translate insights into weekly / Monthly performance improvements.
- Client leadership : Present strategies and post-mortems, align stakeholders, and mentor internal executors (design, video, community, media buying).
- Process & quality : Build playbooks, QA checklists, and best practices that improve speed and output quality across accounts.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in tier-2 / 3 audience growth and regional content.Working knowledge of AI-assisted workflows (idea gen, scripting, edits, variations).Comfort with Figma / Canva for quick mockups and briefs.Familiarity with creator platforms (e.g., Xley or similar) and affiliate / UGC programs.Show more
