Key Responsibilities :

  • Correspondence & Document Management : Handle emails, data entry, and

organize documents efficiently.

  • Coordination Across Teams : Collaborate with different departments to ensure

    • smooth operations and timely task completion.

  • GMC-related Support : Assist with documentation, coordination, and follow-ups for

    • GMC-related tasks.

  • Invoicing Assistance : Support invoicing preparation and related administrative

    • tasks.

  • Compliance Management : Ensure compliance with company policies and

    • procedures, such as ESIC and PF creation, maintaining accurate records.

  • Ad-Hoc Tasks : Help with various operational projects and tasks as required by the

    • team.

    Requirements

    Qualifications :

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
