Business Operations Associate (Founder’s Office)

About the Role

This is a  broad generalist role  that cuts across  strategy, operations, sales, hiring, and marketing .

You’ll work directly with the founders, jumping between projects that need immediate attention — from managing workflows and improving systems to helping launch new initiatives or teams.

Think of it as a mix of  Chief of Staff ,  Business Analyst , and  Project Manager  — but more hands-on.

What You’ll Do

• Support the founders across  sales, marketing, hiring, and strategy projects
• Manage internal tools like  CRMs, dashboards, Notion, and Google Sheets
• Improve internal operations and create clear SOPs for repeatable processes
• Coordinate hiring for key roles across portfolio companies
• Research new business opportunities and build pitch decks or reports
• Track KPIs, automate reporting, and keep projects moving across teams
• Solve whatever business problem comes up that day — no two weeks are alike
