Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced EHS Software Development Manager who combines strong environmental, health, and safety (EHS) domain knowledge with a passion for technology.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EHS operations and a proven ability on interest in software & tech initiatives that enhance compliance, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Development : Manage the design, development, and deployment of EHS software solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Domain Expertise : Apply practical EHS experience to ensure software meets regulatory and operational requirements.
• Team Management : Build and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and product specialists.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with EHS teams, IT, and business units to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Innovation : Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, analytics) to improve EHS performance and reporting.
