What you'll do

  • Mentor and guide a team of highly motivated engineers.
  • You foster a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability through passion and commitment to work.
  • Conduct regular 1 : 1’s with your team.
  • Managing end-to-end product development and delivery for the Rewards and Promotions team.
  • Owning the technical architecture and leading the engineering decisions for the product
  • Collaborating with designers, developers, growth managers, and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment
  • Leading a team of engineers, mentoring them, and motivating them to solve complex problems.
  • Be both a highly technical manager and an effective people manager.
  • Communicate cross-functionally and drive engineering efforts
  • Should have demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management
  • Own metrics for the team like p95, p99, outages, etc.
