Experience : 2-3 years in overseas recruitment operations & deployment

SALARY : 25k-35k per month

Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support our overseas recruitment and deployment processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing documentation, coordination with clients and candidates, and ensuring smooth mobilization of selected candidates to overseas job sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end deployment process including visa, medical, ticketing, and travel coordination.
• Liaise with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure timely mobilization.
• Maintain accurate records of deployment status and compliance documents.
• Support operations team in project planning, process improvement, and reporting.
• Handle correspondence with embassies, travel agents, and government authorities when required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and overseas recruitment regulations.
