We are seeking a seasoned
Global Operations & HR Transformation Leader
with a strong techno-functional background to drive excellence, Recruitment Operations, and Internal Audit functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
Lean Six Sigma methodologies ,
system-based controls , and
data-driven decision-making , with a proven track record of implementing global systems and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead
system implementation
and enhancement initiatives tools
Drive
continuous improvement
and
process optimization
across global HR and recruitment operations using
Lean Six Sigma
and
Operational Excellence frameworks .
Manage
audit reporting
and governance processes, including drafting quarterly
Audit Committee Reports
for executive leadership.
Serve as a
line of defense
in internal audits, ensuring compliance and process maturity through regular audit cycles and system-based controls.
Oversee
recruitment operations , including RPO deployment, final assessments, and candidate reimbursements.
Implement
quality monitoring systems
and drive
service excellence
across multi-location HR Shared Services.
Utilize advanced
Excel skills
and data analytics to improve reporting accuracy, reduce cycle times, and enhance stakeholder experience.
Collaborate with IT and SaaS vendors to improve system workflows and user satisfaction
Qualifications :
MBA in HR / Operations or related field
Certified in
Lean Six Sigma
(Green Belt / Black Belt preferred)
Proven experience in
GRC tools ,
Workday ,
ServiceNow , and
Excel-based reporting
Strong background in
audit management ,
HR technology , and
global recruitment
Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
Experience in managing large-scale transitions and global deployments
Preferred Skills :
Black Belt project support experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Technofunctional expertise in HR systems and audit tools
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
