Job descriptionCollaborate with architects and engineering leads to ensure solutions align with technical strategy Evaluate risks and dependencies; proactively address roadblocks Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to executive leadership Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) Maintain product backlogs, sprint boards, and track deliverables using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps Lead cross-functional teams of developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment across distributed teams Ensure deliverables meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices Support UAT cycles, production readiness, and post-launch reviews Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role Strong understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud-based solutions Proven experience managing large-scale projects involving integrations, CMS, ERP, or custom platforms Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe) preferred Hands-on experience with project tools : Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Trello Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working with DevOps, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Exposure to AEM or other enterprise CMS platforms Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and deployment frameworks Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager IT to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across enterprise systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership in Agile / Scrum environments, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
