Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

We're seeking a passionate Senior Test Engineer to drive cloud modernization within our Credit & Verification Services team. This hybrid role requires ~40% on-site presence in our Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities :

• You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Director Engineering.
• Provide technical leadership to QA and junior testers.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test strategies aligned with business and technical goals.
• You will review automation code and implement best practices and frameworks.
• Identify process gaps and lead QA process improvements.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
• Own quality metrics, report results, and support risk assessments.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Promote shift-left testing practices.
