FactSet - Senior Software Engineer - Quality Assurance

What We're Looking For :

As a Senior Engineer within FactSet's Digital team in the Deal Makers & Wealth (D&W) SBU, you will be a key driver for quality across our web and mobile platforms, overseeing both manual and automated testing processes.

You will define test strategies, develop and maintain automation frameworks, and collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high standards throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Your leadership will help shape effective QA processes and mentor junior engineers, supporting large and complex client implementations-including internal and external deployments.

What We're Looking For :

• Minimum 8 years' QA experience, including at least 8 years in manual testing of web applications and 5+ years with automation (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
• Proficiency in load and performance testing (e.g., JMeter), API testing (Postman, Swagger), and mobile testing (BrowserStack).
• Strong GitHub experience for version control and automation management.
• Practical experience with CI / CD integration for automated testing.
• Knowledge of deployment validation, test environment management (Docker / Kubernetes), static code analysis (SonarQube), and reporting dashboards (Allure, TestRail, etc.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead QA efforts for large, complex implementations.
• Experience in defining and refining QA processes and strategies.
• ISTQB certification is an advantage, but not required.
