Role Description
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
- Manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with business heads, tech leaders, and sales leadership to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring goals within defined SLAs.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and employee referrals.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Ezeiatech as employers of choice in AI, tech, and digital innovation.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and ensure adherence to hiring targets.
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) for leadership visibility.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the companies.
- Stay current with market trends, emerging talent pools, and best practices in IT, AI, and Sales hiring.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to enhance recruitment processes and workforce planning.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.Proven experience in IT / AI / Data Engineering / SaaS / Sales / Marketing hiring within a tech or IT services environment.Strong command of modern sourcing tools, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.Skills Required
