ResponsibilitiesSales Target Achievement : Set and meet sales goals within a defined geographical area. Team Management : Guide, train, motivate, and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets. Client & Market Focus : Identify potential customers, build strong relationships with existing clients, and analyze market trends and competitor activities to find growth opportunities. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic sales plans and promotional activities. Reporting & Analysis : Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and present them to senior management. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with other departments like marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution and enhance the customer experience. Brand Awareness : Build brand awareness in the assigned region. Key Skills & QualificationsLeadership & Communication : Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are vital for managing a team and interacting with clients. Sales & Negotiation : Proven ability in negotiation, closing deals, and managing key client accounts. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Problem-Solving : Capacity to identify challenges and develop effective solutions to bridge gaps in the market. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing contacts and tracking sales data. Education : A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is often required, with advanced degrees sometimes preferred. Experience : Prior experience in sales, preferably with a track record in managing teams or a specific territory, is essential.
