Job description

Position Title : Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Department : Sales & Marketing

Experience : 5–10 years (Real Estate)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales / Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and lead sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in achieving sales targets, handling high-value negotiations, and mentoring a sales team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.

Meet and exceed sales targets by managing end-to-end client interactions.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits (if real estate sector).

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Negotiate and close sales deals with a focus on maximizing profitability.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis.

Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotional activities.

Train, guide, and motivate junior sales team members.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving aptitude.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.

Qualification & Requirements :

Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales specialization preferred).

Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Experience in [real estate / B2B / retail / whichever industry you specify] preferred.
