Experience : 5–8 years in Advertising / Brand Strategy / Planning

Role Level : Manager / Senior Manager

What You’ll Do :

Partner with creative, account management & strategy teams to craft impactful brand campaigns.

Translate market research & consumer insights into actionable strategies.

Develop communication strategies, brand positioning & campaign frameworks.

Present ideas & strategic recommendations to clients with clarity & confidence.

Monitor industry trends, category shifts & competition to keep strategies sharp.

Mentor junior planners and contribute to overall agency growth.

What We’re Looking For :

3–8 years of experience in brand planning / strategy at an Ad Agency.

Strong analytical, storytelling & presentation skills.

Ability to connect data, culture & creativity to build powerful campaigns.

Proven success in handling large brands or high-impact campaigns.
