Role Summary :
We are seeking a technically proficient Central Planning Engineer to lead production, supply, and capacity planning, while managing program execution and key client accounts. The role demands strong analytical capabilities, advanced reporting skills, and effective communication to ensure operational alignment and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Production, Supply & Capacity Planning :
Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules, material supply plans, and capacity forecasts across multiple manufacturing lines.
Program Management :
Drive program execution by tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and coordinating cross-functionally to resolve issues.
Client Account Management :
Serve as the primary liaison with key clients for delivery schedules, supply commitments, and performance reporting.
Reporting & Analysis :
Build and maintain dashboards (CTB, plan vs actual, performance metrics) using Excel and Power BI . Analyze trends, identify gaps, and lead corrective actions.
Execution Monitoring :
Monitor daily adherence to plans, highlight deviations in yield, CapEx, and OpEx, and ensure timely closure of action items.
Candidate Requirements :
B.E. / B.Tech with 4–10 years of experience in production planning, analytics, or related functions
MBA Preferred from reputed B-schools
Industry experience in Aerospace, EMS, or Automotive preferred
Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
Excellent numerical aptitude and analytical mindset
Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with planning tools or ERP systems is an added advantage
Willingness to work a full-time, 6-day schedule
