Lead - Business Planning & Strategy

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop a comprehensive business plan (Word / PDF) covering market size, competitor positioning, detailed costing and budgeting, revenue modeling, and a 90-day functional roadmap.
• Deliver accurate and flexible financial projections in an editable Excel model with adjustable assumptions.
• Create investor-ready presentations summarizing the business plan and growth strategy.
• Define clear operational strategies with actionable steps, timelines, KPIs, and milestone targets.
• Integrate existing market research, internal data, and cost structures into cohesive and insightful plans.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in startup planning, functional roadmaps, and financial modeling.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for both internal and investor audiences.
• Experience delivering high-quality, investor-focused documents and decks.
