Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ernakulam. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and developing growth strategies. The role also includes conducting market research, attending industry events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business development objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as senior sales and marketing manager
• Strong business acumen and experience in developing growth strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis
• Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
• Experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
