- Operate during India hours supporting Qualcomm's global software engineering environment.
- Manage operational and support responsibilities for critical services.
- Lead delivery for Tier 1 / Tier 2 support with SLA adherence and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance system reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support focused on customer service for CI / CD tools, Jenkins, Windows, Linux, UNIX, networking, and enterprise applications.
- Support front-end applications and systems for software engineering compute environments.
- Basic troubleshooting of Windows and Linux OS issues and related applications / tools.
