Job descriptionMinimum 1 year of experience in real estate, property sales, or client consultancy. Fluency in any Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, etc.) and English . Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Ambitious, target-driven, and confident personality. Professional presentation and the ability to engage clients effectively. Awareness of Dubai’s real estate trends or willingness to undergo training. High earning potential with an attractive commission structure. Override commissions for team contributions. Up to 70% commission on personal deals. Remote working flexibility with full digital support. Qualified daily leads provided by our in-house call center. Advanced CRM and digital marketing tools . Ongoing professional training and mentorship through Hogar Academy. Relocation opportunity for top-performing specialists to Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent Dubai’s premium property portfolio, work remotely, and earn industry-leading commissions. You will assist clients across India in exploring, investing, and acquiring properties in Dubai’s thriving real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through professional guidance and transparency.
- Conduct property presentations, virtual consultations, and online tours for prospective investors.
- Participate in webinars and promotional campaigns to showcase Dubai’s real estate offerings.
- Manage client data, follow-ups, and CRM updates to ensure consistent lead management.
- Collaborate with Dubai headquarters to stay aligned with project launches, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
