Property Manager
who can oversee the management, upkeep, and experience delivery of our luxury homes across locations. This role blends hospitality, operations, and a sharp design sensibility — ideal for someone who enjoys creating well-run, beautiful spaces.
Responsibilities
While the job description mentioned below is non -exhaustive, it gives a perspective of the roles and responsibilities briefly.
1.
Overseeing maintenance and repairs of properties.
2.
Supervising staff, staff training and leading all maintenance procedures.
3.
Co-ordinating with Architects, Interior Designers and Contractors for on-going and upcoming projects including scheduling meetings and site visits.
4.
Material Selection, Cost comparison and logistics management.
5.
Vendor Selection, Procurement and Purchases, and Vendor Management.
6.
Client relations.
7.
Getting emergency and routine repairs.
8.
Asset Management, Asset Insurance and Warranty
9.
Maintaining detailed records of purchases and maintain detailed of logs for all maintenance activities, expenses and supplies.
10. Reporting of activities at site or at respective properties.
11. Monitoring general upkeep of properties.
12. Co-ordinating on daily property upkeep activities.
13. Inventory management of supplies and re-ordering process.
14. Preparing maintenance and upkeep budgets for all properties.
Key Attributes :
Candidate must possess these key attributes :
1. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
2. Strong working knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
3. A proactive, detail-oriented, and creative approach to problem-solving.
4. Willingness to travel across locations (Goa, Alibaug, Coonoor).
5. Experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate operations.
6. Exposure to
interior design, architecture, or construction
is an added advantage.
Location
Bangalore (with travel to property locations as required)
Experience :
3-5 years in property management, hospitality, or operations management preferred.
