Driven Properties India, the Hyderabad branch of one of Dubai’s most respected real estate firms, is expanding aggressively into the Indian property market. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Team Lead to lead our Hyderabad real estate team.
This role is ideal for someone who can build a team from the ground up, onboard new projects from builders and developers, and drive revenue through structured sales strategies and leadership.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for :
- Hiring and mentoring a high-performance sales team
- Driving sales of residential and commercial projects in Hyderabad
- Building strong relationships with local builders to onboard and promote new inventory
- Aligning the team’s strategy with the overall growth plans of Driven India
This is a leadership opportunity for someone ready to take full ownership of the Hyderabad vertical at Driven Properties India.
Key Responsibilities
Team Building & Sales ManagementRecruit, train, and manage a team of real estate advisorsSet sales targets (individual and team) and ensure daily performanceConduct regular performance reviews, field coaching, and training sessionsBuilder Relations & Project OnboardingActively connect with developers across HyderabadPresent Driven India’s value proposition to onboard new projectsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with developers and buildersSales Strategy & Client HandlingLead key client discussions and closuresCreate and implement sales strategies based on market trends and project pipelineGuide clients through their purchase journey with professional advisoryCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing and admin teams for seamless operationsProvide marketing teams with project inputs and lead feedback to optimize campaignsQualifications & Experience
8+ years of real estate sales experience in Hyderabad5+ years in a managerial or team lead roleStrong network with builders and experience in project onboardingProven track record in team leadership and high-ticket property salesExcellent negotiation and communication skillsFluency in English; knowledge of Telugu / Hindi is a bonusBachelor’s degree preferredWhy Join Driven Properties India?
