Senior Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Operations Specialist with a strong technical background in the FileNet platform. This role requires an individual who can effectively analyze, design, and deliver workflow solutions while ensuring seamless business operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in incident management, software releases, and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Work according to UK business hours
• Analyze issues and provide technical fixes for business users
• Design, develop, and deliver workflows and business changes on the FileNet platform
• Execute software releases as part of the Release and Change process
• Investigate and resolve incidents or problems
• Administer operations on FileNet platforms, including Case Manager
• Maintain effective communication with technology and business stakeholders
• Update and maintain documentation for required functions
• Support FileNet deployment activities, including after business hours on a periodic basis
